Garmin Dezl 770LM (Belgium)

Have you tried running Express to see if it will load the software? If it won't then your best bet is to call Product Support

Windows recognizes a Garmin usb device but Express can't see it. I called product support but they are unable to send the files to me... Maybe someone here has got them...?

Also if Windows can see it go into the .system folder and delete gupdate.gcd

Replace it with gupdate.gcd from any back up you have.

If you can't see the .system folder google show hidden garmin .system folder

I can hear a sound when i connect the device, but screen just says Garmin en above that in white letters: "System Software Missing".
When i called the helpdesk they tried sending me an rgn file and an exe file. but was to big for email...

You said earlier Windows recognised your device? If even that doesn't happen then only Garmin can help you so go back to Product Support. I suspect you may have to return your device to them.
