Whenever I connect my Edge 1030 to my PC after a ride and fire up Garmin Express (GE 6.4.0.0), GE sees the 1030 and syncs it, populating the GE window with a message saying "Synced Just Now", but when I go to Garmin Connect, the activity is not there - so what has it actually synced? When I look in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Devices\3960857546\Sync\FIT_TYPE_4, I can see that the activity fit file has been placed there, and if I go to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data, I can drag and drop the activity fit file from C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Devices\3960857546\Sync\FIT_TYPE_4 and it uploads without any problems and can be viewed.
I can sync the rides without any problem if I Bluetooth connect the 1030 to my phone and use Connect Mobile. How can I get GE to work properly? OS is Windows 10 x64 v1803.
