Nuvi registered in Garmin Express, not visible on MyGarmin

Dear all,

I recently bought a used Nuvi56LMT. According the old users they had not registered the Nuvi. So when I got home I added it to Garmin Express on my PC and entered my email address to register the Nuvi to my account. Now Garmin Express gives me the message that the device is succesfully registered to my account/email. But when I go to the my Garmin website the device is not listed there. Is there an explanation and/or a fic for this?
