Here is an interesting one...GE not working

Hello,

I plug in my Garmin HR and start up Garmin Express. GE shows the little green dot saying that I am connected and sync'd.

However...there use to be a box to the right of "Tools and Content" that said "Garmin Connect". This box has now disappeared.

So GE says I am connected to my PC

I go and log in manually to Garmin Connect and it says that my HR is NOT connected and will not update. GE says I am, connected GC says no. I can flip between the 2 screens and I am connected in one, not in the other. Very very odd. I last updated on May 8th - which was fine, now I cannot update anything,

Any ideas??

I am running the latest version of GE
  • If you've updated GE recently then try removing your device from Express then re-add it. That normally cures any glitches in Express after it's been updated or it's not working as expected.

    Sussamb...I actually did that yesterday. I unplugged my watch, updated GE, restarted my computer, plugged in my watch again...same thing.

    If I uninstall GE and re-install it....can I add my watch serial number Via Add Device and it will link to my current account? I don't want to lose my almost 3 million steps (amongst other things)
