Unable to install map update

Hello,

I've been trying to update the maps on my Nuvi 57 with no luck. The updates have downloaded no problem, but when it comes to applying them to the device I keep getting an error message saying "there was an error installing the update". I'm getting to the copying files stage, around 87% complete when the update is failing.

I currently have software version 4.60 on my Nuvi and running Garmin Express 6.4

I've never had any issue previously with doing map, or any other updates to this device.

Anyone got any ideas?

I've got it sorted now after trying a different laptop.

Maps are now back and upto date.
