City Navigator NT 2018.30 not availabe in Garmin Express

Hello

If I start my Garmin Express software (V 6.3.0.0) the program is telling me that at my Garmin Montana 600 the City Navigator NT 2018.20 is installed and that there is no update available. But as I know there is already City Navigator NT 2018.30 out.

Can anybody tell me where the problem is?
The other problem is that I can not find the Garmin Express 6.4 version which also should be out there.

No but but you can buy maps with lifetime support

why is this a special version? I have installed the (latest) version 6.5.1.0

I just checked it, it is the same version.
