Garmin Express can't see quatix 5 but Windows 10 can!

Hi all,

When I plug my quatix in to my Windows box I can see the files on the watch via the file explorer (or whatever it's called now) but when I hit "Add a Device" it just sits there looking until it times out. I have tried reinstalling GE with no luck. I have rebooted both the computer and powered cycled the watch. Any hints?

Thanks. Done all that. And more. I can explore the device using Windows (file manager) but GE just looks and eventually times out.
