Safety Camera Subscription - Activated or not?

Garmin Express has been telling me for over a week that my Nuvi 2548 is up to date. I renewed my subscription to Cyclops UK Safety Camera Database 23rd March 2019, and I was expecting an update.

However, I keep getting this error message:
"We are unable to activate your purchase at this time. The server encountered a temporary error and we could not complete your request. Try again later"

How can I tell if my renewal has been activated?
