Problem Signing in to Express for Marine Charts

  • New install of Express 6.3.0.0 on a new Dell PC running Win 10.
  • Click add device, then I'm trying to sign in for licensed marine chart downloads.
  • I'm prompted for a Vessel Name and a Location in "Vessel Setup"
  • I enter my vessel name, and the "Your Location" field is grayed out with a spinning indicator as if it's trying to detect a location.
  • Eventually I receive the following message; "Server Error, We're having trouble communicating with our servers"
  • I can't proceed past this point to download my purchased marine charts to SD card?
  • I have disabled all Windows Firewalls but still can't finish the vessel setup.
