Empty Connect IQ Apps page

After clicking on IQ Apps button in Garmin Express, Garmin Expressshows blank page, so I can't configure any applications. Other functions of Garmin Express works fine - it syncs, installs updates. In fact I even can install new Connect IQ applications via Garmin Connect, and they successfully synced to my Garmin 920XT watch.

Device: Forerunner 920XT
SW version: 9.70
Garmin express version: 6.2.0.0
OS: Windows 10

I have installed about 6 applications and data fields. So now I can't configure them, and I can't remove them. It's a quite annoying. Is there any way to manage applications without Garmin Express - using Garmin Connect, modifying some files on the watch in USB mode, something else?
