Garmin Express will recognise my Nuvi but will not recognise my Garmin Camper 660MLT. I performed a hard reset and it did recognise the device for about an hour in which time it did a software update and got about halfway through updating the maps but then lost the connection which I cannot restore, even after another hard reset.
Another thing is that many anti virus programs now can stop memory access, COM interfaces, usb drivers, usb devices connecting or installing and more. If you have allowed it to block it once, it may be saved in your AV program so that every time the usb connects that device is auto blocked. I would check through your AV program for that type of setting and disable it. Or set it to allow Garmin Express fully.

Don't think anti virus programs are the issue. Have tried to connect on two computers - each running Windows Defender (no exceptions or blocks) and Malware Anti-Bytes. I can connect to my Nuvi 65MT so I think the problem is with the Camper 660LMT-D. I am located in Australia but want to use the Camper for travel in Europe. Garmin support in UK said to contact Garmin Australia. Garmin Australia said to contact European support? Have sent an email to the retailer (Grooves-land in Germany but no response yet).
