Garmin Express wont recognize my Vivomove HR

Hello!
Recently i purchased Garmin Vivomove HR. Everyhing works fine, but i cant connect it with my PC (Garmin Express) no matter what i do.
Garmin Express just wont recognize it (Unknown device in device manager - Windows 7).
Is there any way i can turn off Vivomove HR since that is the only thing i didnt try (dont know if its posssible). What should i do/ try? Is it hardware fault?
