express 6.0 update failure in 64 bit Windows 7

Hi, Since the new "update", Garmin express fails. They asked for installation of widows 7SP1 update (done) fails, I have tried (as directed all sorts of NET frameworks (4.0- 4.25 but it keeps failing.Of course theold version of GE will not pair. Garmin is (as usual useless in helping me. Can anyone on this forum help. As a workaround, how can I upload manually from my 910XT using my ant = stick.....without Garmin (did I say they are useless)?

First, Express 6.0.0 runs quite happily on 64 bit Win7, at least mine does. If you're having specific issues I suggest you call Product Support for detailed troubleshooting.

Turned off for several attempts. No difference.

Not on mine. The old version worked fine. It is something in the update because nothing changed on my computer. I emailed support. I may hear back one day. This is the log report if it makes sense to anyone.
