Well I am not sure what the expectation for due course is as usually release notes are at the time of release, hence the name :)
This seems like a dot build not a full version upgrade, I can not believe they still have not started to add any sort of bi-directional syncing of health and fitness data to Express or Connect mobile (Which is what I was hoping to see in a full version upgrade)
