No "Goals", but Garmin Express keeps trying to install them on FR935??

Every few days, when I sync my Garmin FR935, Garmin Express says it has "Goals" to install.

But I don't have any Goals; none on the watch, none on the Garmin site.

So why does it keep insisting there ARE some?
