Garmin Express - There was an error installing the update

I'm trying to update the Routable Cycle Map of the United States 2016.20 on my Fenix 5X but keep getting this error in Garmin Express. Please see attached log files as well.

Not all. At the end it says:

If these steps did not resolve the issue, visit the Garmin Express section of Support Center to search for other Express topics.

You will also find the available options to contact Product Support in the Contact an Expert section.

same problem here - tried on two computers (one that I setup from scratch with Garmin Express) - logs seem to indicate:

I got the exact same problem. Tried Garmin Express on two different Macs. Also removed extra maps I had installed on the F5X. I assume this is a bug.

This issue has been reported and we are actively working to resolve this error. We will post back here with more information or when a resolution is available.

From almost three months that I cannot use Garmin Express properly. It doesn't sync, it keeps giving an error connecting to the server. And I already checked in two PCs. Another issue is that I also cannot update Garmin Express software, it always says that download was interrupted. Please get me some advices.

I've just updated Express and as normal no issues so I suspect the issue is with your system somewhere. Call Garmin support for detailed help.

What system? I tried with two PCs and two diferente watches, Forerunner 235 and Vivosmart HR+. Nothing works, neither Express update or watches sync.
