Express shows sync error

For about the last two months whenever I attach my Edge 705 to my Windows 10 desktop, Windows shows that the Edge is recognized and file explorer shows the Edge. However, Garmin Express no longer automatically moves the file into Garmin Connect. If I start Express, it begins to sync but then shows there is a error in the file. I close that window and Express starts to sync again and it is successful. This occurs every time. Should i reinstall Express?
