Cannot access Connect IQ apps in Garmin Express after 7.4 update

Sadly my first post in the forums is to report an issue and seek help. After updating to 7.4 on my Garmin and auto-rebooting the watch, I noticed that:

1. My ConnectIQ watch face was no longer active (though in the menu it's listed as the active clock face!)
2. My custom data fields for running (downloaded through ConnectIQ) are no where to be found
3. Garmin Express sees my F235 when I plug it in, it will sync, but when I click the button to manage my ConnectIQ apps, the next screen loads for 1 second and goes blank. Nothing, not even the pre-loaded apps that normally show up.

I've tried updating to GE 5.6, uninstalling and reinstalling GE, to no avail. My only theory is the new update royally screwed something up.

Has anyone else noticed anything like this?
