My Win10 system computer recognizes my fully charged Zumo for a couple of minutes with a displayed in a file manager window as a drive. The icon of the device with a wire to computer is displayed on the device. During this time the device is not found by Garmin Express or Basecamp. Then the file manager window stops showing the Drive and the device icon of the device with a wire to computer is no longer displayed. I can plug the device into another Win10 system and all is fine. I have read that this device utilizes the USB Mass Storage Device as the driver not a Media Transfer Protocol driver. The USB Mass Storage Device driver is shown in the device manager under Universal Bus Controllers while the file manager window and the device ICON are displayed. Once they are no longer displayed the USB Mass Storage device driver goes away from Device Manager. I was told once that the voltage of the USB on my computer is wrong. Well it's 5.27 vdc. Looks good to me. I have selected the USB Mass Storage Device driver and clicked update driver. I have powered the computer off. I have powered the device off. I have turned them all back on all with the same results that my Computer will not work with this device. Why is this going to? Who can help me? I can't be the only person to have this problem. Please help!
