I have had Forerunner 910XT and nicely used it with Garmin Express on my Win 7 computer. All worked. After updating Garmin Express to 5.5.0.0 version i cannot add the device anymore - it is not found by Garmin Express (either through USB or ANT+). I tried it on my other PC with Windows 10 - same story. I tried it at work on PC with Win 7 - same thing. Tried calling support. I call after I get off work at 5pm and wait time is 3 hours!! And they close at 7pm!! It's impossible to get in touch with support.
