Communication problem

When I try to search for updates for my Fenix 5x on Garmin Express I get the message "we're having a problem with communicating with our servers".
An other device (Oregon 650) works smooth with Garmin Express.

and check some closed ports by - example firewall or antivirus.

Thanks for your help. I tried all the suggestions on FAQ support, no help. I tried it as well on another computer with the same problem. What irritates me is that the update function of my "Oregon Garmin GPS" works without any problems, just with the Fenix 5x the problem occurs. I'm using GarminExpress v 5.5.0.0.

Then try calling Garmin Support. They can troubleshoot the problem remotely.

Just a short feedback. I just tried it again without changing anything... and it works again, seems there was a problem on the server side!
