Garmin Express has been broken for months. Garmin has not fixed it. They told me this on the phone. In fact, I had to send my chart card in for an exchange just to get the updates. This is complete nonsense for a company like Garmin. I continue to have this error like everyone else: We are having a problem connecting with our servers. Prior to this, I got "there was an error adding your chart".
