Installation issue..

trying to reinstall Garmin Express on my win 10 laptop, keeps failing with:

"Cannot install garmin Express on this PC"

"The specified account already exists"

I have run a registry cleaner and there are now entries for garmin express or express tray...

any idea's ??

Try using the Microsoft Utility to completely uninstall Garmin Express. This software is third-party and not created by Garmin. The software is licensed and created by Microsoft.

When uninstalling Garmin Express select as necessary:

?Garmin Express
?Garmin Express Tray
?Elevated Installer
?Garmin Update Services (skip if not present)
?ANT Drivers Installer x64

Then install Garmin Express directly from http://download.garmin.com/omt/express/B/GarminExpressInstaller.exe

Thanks, I ran that tool and none of them are present, says I can use the hexadecimal product code maybe under not listed programs, but cannot find that...

Just taking a stab in the dark here, but what about trying to run the installer as an Administrator? Right click on the installation file and then choose "Run as Administrator". then choose "Yes" when prompted about allowing changes, or something like that. Worth a shot.
