Drive 50LMT - unable to install optional maps

Bought Drive 50LMT with preinstalled maps for Europe and Middle East & North Africa. Part of the package and price also entitles access to other maps like North America. Via Express I updated all there was to update, but nowhere does it allow downloading/installing additional maps. Under Tools&Content tab 'Purchased' it says 'There is no content for this device'.

Can anyone help? Thx!

Thx! Unfortunately the following error in Express shows in a red box: 'There was an error installing the update'. Tried restarting device, Express etc. but same behaviour.

Checked all the items. Where relevant I took the appropriate action but no luck. I have a very recent computer, 100/30 fixed broadband connection, disabled firewalls, etc
Tried on other computer, also through a different (4G) high speed internet connection. Same behaviour.

How much free space do you have on your device? If plenty then I suggest you call Product Support for help.

However as you mention 4G are you trying over WiFi? If so try cabling directly.

I am on a fixed wire network. 4G was only to check whether the Internet connection itself would make any difference.
