I have an FR630 and a new FR935.
Up until yesterday, the FR935 was syncing with Garmin Express.
Today, it won't sync.
I uninstalled Garmin Express, removed all traces of its existence (file system, registry, etc.), rebooted the computer, reinstalled, re-added the device... same deal, FR630 syncs, FR935 does not sync.
I reset the FR935 to factory defaults. Still does not sync.
Any suggestions, anyone?
I'll write to Garmin support to start with.
I also had removed and re-added the FR935 on Garmin Connect. However, Garmin Connect seems to have "remembered" the device from the last time it was added, since it shows the last successful sync date, even though I'd deleted the device from there.
This is crazy. :-(
