Hi
After updating my Garmin Nuvi 2548 via Garmin Express I got a screen with vertical and horizontal lines with a dot in one corner and the message 'touch dot'. This I did and continued to touch the dots as they skittered about the screen but the navigation screen didn't appear. I have done this several times with the same result (or lack of result). I have updated maps and software many times before without encountering this problem. Any ideas on what I might do to get my device working again?
