"Sorry, we are having a problem communicating with our servers"

I purchased the download of Lakevu HD Ultra. I'm trying to put on a micro sd. Express won't find my devise so I can't download. On the other hand, if I cancel off the "map download screen", it shows my devise. But when I click on my devise it says "sorry, we are having problems communicating with our servers". I would think the 2 issues are related. Everything was fine until I updated Express and my devise(echomap 73sv). I have uninstalled and installed Express at least 5 times. I factory reset my devise. I've disabled my security settings. I've checked my proxy settings. I have done everything I can think of. I know it's not my sd card because I was able to update my devise through Express on April 22nd. So, everthing points to this new update. I spent $199 on Lakevu HD Ultra so any help would be appreciated.
