Garmin Express does not appear under Win10 64bit

Hello,

since a couple of day Garmin Express does not open any visible Window.
The System tray is visible but with right Mouseclick on "Program Start" nothing happens.
In the Task Manager following the processes are running:

  • Garmin Express tray
  • Garmin Service
  • Garmin Device Interaction Service





I've Win10 64bit Home, GData Internet Securaity and Chrome running.
