Error occured when sync with Garmin Connect - Forerunner 410

Since about 2 weeks, I cannot synchronize my Garmin 410 on Garmin connect. I use Garmin Express with the Ant Stick. I always get the message (in french) that "an error occured when Synchronization with Garmin Connect. I tried suppress and re-instal Garmin Express and also to update Java. Nothing works. I use Chrome on a PC with windows 10, 64. It looks that there are a lot of issues with synchro on the forum and very few useful answer. Where are Garmin poeple in this? Thank you in advance.

    I have been having the same problem with my 910 XT, also using Ant Stick technology. The last time I was able to upload a workout was March 10. Are you still having problems with this? If not, what was your solution?

    I've seen this happen before, but it hasn't lasted more than a couple days in the past, so this is a little alarming. My husband has a theory that Garmin is having an increasingly harder time supporting older watches.

    also trouble with express on 310xt

    So far tried two different ant sticks, 2 laptops, uninstalled and reloaded express and no full upload

    310 says uploading. Express shows syncing with status bar moving over (a few millimeters) then stops. Express then says, "you're up todate", but connect fails to show latest activity.

    Express also indicates that there was an error syncing with garmin connect..

    Also trouble on the 910XT

    I have about 2 months worth of data that I cannot get off my watch. I am starting to lose patience. How can Garmin be so bad at this? Pretty sure I will not be getting a third Garmin.

    I had problems with my Garmin 10 and SYNC. I overcame them (after much fruitless searching by resetting the watch as explained in http://coremonkey.com/how-to-reset-garmin-forerunner-10/

    I did lose the run I couldn't SYNC but fortunately I'd run the race with my daughter and so I could upload the FIT file from her Garmin to my account.

    Same error for me with Forerunner 610 using Ant stick (Also latest Windows 10 version) Device is connected correctly to pc, but no data is transferred
