Garmin Express - The specified unit ID is invalid

Hello,
when I connect my device Garmin Edge 520 to Garmin Express, I have the following Error: ID 390XXXXXXX unit is invalid.
How can i fix?

I'm attaching error and file garmin.xml

Yes, thank you.
I look carefully what the customer, through the ID unit, determines if this is an issue with the compatibility database or an actual issue with Garmin Express connecting to the server from my device.
