It doesn't install downloaded apps from IQ

I go to the IQ apps page, select an app and click download.
I confirm that my device is the one hooked to the PC,
I accept that Garmin Express would start, in GE I can see
the syncing process going on but I can't see the app
in the "on board" app list nor in the installa page of GE.

A few days ago I installed apps, widgest, watch faces
and data fields: what sould I do?

I alredy switched the watch off and on a couple of times,
disconnected from the PC, but nothing changes.

It also never finish the update of the "Elliptical" app.

    1.) hard reboot twice. hold the power button down for 10seconds or so.
    2.) Try using the connect phone app.
    3.) if some of the apps are datafields. the data field needs added to the app, before you can see or use.
