GarminDashCamPlayer_59 not working Windows 7 enterprise

Hi,

I've downloaded and installed the latest GarminDashCamPlayer_59 on my PC with Windows 7 Enterprise and service pack 1 installed. I have the latest K-lite mega codec pack installed too.

When I run the player I get a message saying "Unable to create directory" with OK within the displayed screen box.

Please, does any member know a remedy for this?

I have the GarminDashCamPlayer_59 installed on my laptop with Windows 10 and it works perfectly when starting the player.

I use NuviCam3598 LTM in my car.
