garmin express update problem

hello,

just wann connect my new fr 630 and the espress software want to update to the latest software version.
it started to upgrade but always stops with "ExpressInstaller.msi" fault.
tried serval bug fixes from the i-net without any effect?
any suggestions?

Try using the Microsoft Utility to completely uninstall Garmin Express. This software is third-party and not created by Garmin. The software is licensed and created by Microsoft.

When uninstalling Garmin Express select as necessary:

•Garmin Express
•Garmin Express Tray
•Elevated Installer
•Garmin Update Services (skip if not present)
•ANT Drivers Installer x64

Then install Garmin Express directly from http://download.garmin.com/omt/express/B/GarminExpressInstaller.exe

i use win 10 - but microsoft fix it istn´t available any more :-/

thanks again - now i´m one step further :-/
"ElevatedInstaller.msi" ist the next fault :confused:

ok - thanks. fixed. didn´t removed the program in the first step.
after one beer i read it again and removed all the programs.
now it is working :-)
