Garmin 50 DriveAssist - Searching for an address takes a very long time

I recently purchased a Garmin 50 DriveAssist device and setup the device using Garmin Express on a Windows machine.
When I type in a keyword to search (for example "Comcast" to search the nearest Comcast store) in the search field, the spinner just keeps spinning and it takes over 5-8 minutes and still the results do not come up.
Every time I have to go back and select the city, search by category and then try to locate my address.
Please let me know if there is any known issue/fix for this issue.
