Montana preloaded Map upgrade

Hi

How can I update my pre-loaded Marine Software on a Montana 600, present Sw version is US Marine Detail V15.5
Tried looking through the sites, using express, connect and Homeport, any guidance would be appreciated.

I assume you mean a map rather than software? Was this map on a card or installed on the device itself? If a card you will need to purchase a new one I believe.

Hi,
Your correct the Map needs updated. This was pre-installed on the device and is not on a card. I thought with any pre-installed map, you were allowed one free upgrade, no ? Otherwise I'm fine buying the latest version of the Map, which I assume I can download.

I don't believe so but then I don't have any experience of that map. Is there anything that makes you think you get an update?

Your best bet would be to call Product Support and ask them.
