Install purchased map onin BaseCamp

I would like to purchase the Garmin City Navigator map for Europe for installing on a SD card. I would also like to install it to BaseCamp(& MapSource). Will this be possible?

No, supplemental maps can't be installed to your computer.

But you can see and use them in Basecamp if the SD card is plugged into the computer, I think.

You can definite use them in Basecamp if your GPS device is connected to Basecamp.

Indeed. You can also create a virtual drive on your PC and copy the maps there, but you can't install them, so you must use BaseCamp and not MapSource.
