I have been using Garmin Express on a Surface 2 with Windows 10 Pro and the USB ANT stick. Today (Jan. 20 2017) I installed version 5.1.1.0 and now nothing happens when I click to start the program. I tried uninstalling it using the Microsoft tool as suggested in another thread (GE not installing) and trying to install again from Garmin. Still program doesn't open up the window. It says it's running in the background (there's a little icon in the bar) but there's no uploading to Garmin Connect. Has anybody had this issue? Any suggestion? I wish I could go to the previous version but I don't see how. Thanks.
