Garmin Exprress problem win 10

Facing an issue all of a sudden with garmin express got this message when I tried to open the program(garmin express unable to connect to the background service),tried uninstalling express & reinstalling but while installing I get this message now(Garmin interaction failed to start.verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services).Installing on win 10 64 bit with adminstrative rights.

If you Google 'Garmin interaction failed to start.verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services' you will find lots of advice and suggested fixes. This problem seems very much to be a computer problem that occurs on some PCs so troubleshooting via a forum is difficult. You could also try calling Product Support so they can look into it in detail for you.

Garmin Device Interaction Service Falled to start.

I have the same problem after installing version Garmin Express 5.1. I can reinstall 5.0 and it works but I am FORCED to upgrade again to the buggy 5.1. Does anyone know if
1. Garmin is going to fix 5.1 with an UPdate
OR
2. Does anyone know how to block Garmin from FORCING me to upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1?

Down grade to version 4.128

I uninstalled Garmin Express and started reinstalling back versions. It seems that version 4.128 works and Garmin don't force me to upgrade. Must be a bad bug in 5.0 or they would not force the upgrade.

Just in case anyone wanted to know.

Facing the same problem now.Even the 4.128 is going direct for an update & then gets stuck :(

I have 5.1.0 and it seems to be working fine.

Yeah. And since they didn't publish 5.1 release notes, they must be too embarrassed to tell us what they had to fix. ;) :)

Is there any website where I can find the release notes of GE? I mean not here in the forum a thread but somewhere else within garmin.com website?

The sticky in the Express forum is the only place I know of for Garmin Express release notes. It is too bad they don't include it in the update itself as an info popup.
