Hi,
Like the subject suggests - I boot up Garmin express (latest version), plug in my Garmin satnav, and it find my device (nuvi 2508) but says the "specified unit id is invalid".
"please contact customer care for help"
So I try to Contact customer care button.
All the help says to download garmin express.
Search for the problem, no results found.
So ... back to Garmin express. Search again & Further help. The help says "1. launch garmin express. 2. plug the usb into the device. Does this help?"... nope.
So how do I get my unit valid?
Created a Garmin account on the website. Do I just need to register first.... Find the my devices page, go to register a device. To register a device, download Garmin Express.
Really at the end of the teather. Any thoughts now are welcomed!
