Download map 2017.30 start whitout permision WARING

This is a big problem, I have a limit on my download mb
Garmin expres started the download without permission and even when the Nuvi was disconnected went on downloading
Now I lost 2 gig and that is cone cost me Money
Please chance this Garmin!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can switch off Express so it doesn't run in the background, option is in settings. You can also set the device updates so they never run, also in settings.

Thanks for the quick answer, but thees options should be standard on off, just ask if I want them on.
Now I learn the hard way
