Fenix3 Default Restored unable to connect to Garmin Express

Hello Garmin team,

I've been reading old threads, trying to find out what might be the root cause and i've already performed the following steps.

Im my PC Windows 7 (which i use to perform some update and tracking activities uploads/ last connection to the fenix: April 23rd, all the other updates were performed with my phone), i have opened the garmin express successfully but on my many attempts to connect the USB Cable/charger with the Fenix3, the Garmin Express isn't able to identify the device.

Already restored from default the Fenix3.
Already reinstalled the latest version of the Garmin Express, (3 reboots performed, 1st uninstallation, 2nd installation, 3rd just to make a point).

And on my N attempt to reinstall the device, the GE isn't finding it.(already tried all the 4 USB ports in my computer, and yes all of them work as i already connected a USB devide to it to prove all the ports work,

Still no answer from the GE finding the device.

In case you need, here are the specs for the machine. (which used to work to connect the F3 and run the GE)

Windows 7 64 bit
Processor INtel Core i5
Memory 16 GB
ROM 500GB - 346 GB Free.

Garmin Model
Fenix 3
Software VErsion 8.20
Display 3.50
GPS Version 3.00
