Change map storage location for Garmin Express

My startup disk is a SSD card and I have a 1 TB hard drive for my data files.

I can't seem to find how to change the default location for the Garmin Express map files to be downloaded (and stored on my computer).

Windows 10

You can't. What you can do though is move them after they've downloaded.
