Forerunner 15 "The specified unit id is invalid"?Please help me!

I bought my forerunner15 last week but when I tried to connect to garmin express,it showed the message"The specified unit id is invalid".And I tried for several times,it showed me the same messages.Now I can't use garmin express,please help me.
