Can't update, or un-install Garmin Express on Windows 10 PC

Just like the title states! Plugged in a Garmin, ran Express, Express wanted to update to 4.5.0.0 and failed. I tried again and it failed again. I tried to un-install Garmin Express and I wasn't even able to do that. Please help.

Latest version 5.0 was released a few days ago.

Try downloading and installing again. It should remove/overwrite the old version that appears to*have a corrupt installation - link http://download.garmin.com/omt/express/B/GarminExpressInstaller.exe

Looks as if installation may be corrupt.

Latest version 5.0 was released a few days ago. Try downloading http://download.garmin.com/omt/express/B/GarminExpressInstaller.exe to reinstall
