Unable to update maps on Nuvi 1350T

I have a Nuvi 1350T. When I run Garmin Express and click on the one-time map update option, I get the error:

"Sorry, we encountered an error.

We're unable to continue with your order. Contact Customer Care for details.

Contact Us ->"

So I click on the "Contact Us" link to get the online support. Everything there tells me to run Garmin Express. There's no number to call for help. If I try to download a new map online, I get to a page that describes the map, but there's no "Add To Cart" button or anything like that.

It looks like it will allow the lifetime map update, but I wanted the one-time. Are those supported any more?

    I was attempting to update to the latest map. The current map is 2013.something.

    I noticed that it would let me purchase a lifetime map, but not a one-time map. Do they support one-time map updates? The program offers both options: one-time and lifetime. But then generates the error when I click on the one-time map option.

    Oops, sorry. Current map is:

    City Navigator North America NT 2013.30,US & Canada - Map+P, Oct 12

    The option being offered to click on is:

    nüMaps OnetimeTm City Navigator® North America NT

    I tried downloading the map online. If I click the "Buy Download" button next to the above map, it takes me to a page describing the details but there's no "Add to Cart" button. If I click the "Buy Download" next to the lifetime map choice given (nüMaps LifetimeTm North America), the details page has an "Add to Cart" button.

    There has been an issue with purchasing both through Express and the Website for map updates. This issue has been reported and is diligently being worked on. When the issue is resolved we will update this post.

    One thing to note as this may help in the future. As the cost of units have come down and most of the newer devices having Lifetime Maps "LM". It might be more beneficial to look at purchasing a newer device that has "LM" already bundled with it.

    We just received notification that this issue should now be resolved. Please try to make your purchase through Garmin Express again. Please clear your browser cache before trying to make the purchase. The instructions to do so are in this FAQ:

    Clear the browser history, cache, and temporary internet files

    It may take some time to filter through all the servers but if the issue persists after 24 hours, please let us know.
