Downloading apps to new FR235

EDIT: all sorted now.....seems I neglected the first rule of IT to "turn it off and turn it on again"

Hi,

I just bought my FR235 today, and whenever I go to download apps such as Maps or Suffer Score I'm told to update my FR235. Have connected to Express which tells me I'm on software version 6.30, which seems to be the latest version....any ideas on how to resolve? Thanks!
