Can't install map to PC

Running Express v4.4.0.0 on Windows 10 x64
Express announced there was an update, which installed Ok to my device - DriveSmart 70
But when I select map Options > Install to Computer, the "Elevated installer" launches, then I get thrown back to Express, with a Red banner stating "There was an error installing the update"

This worked a week or so ago

- any ideas ?

Are you running it in administrative mode? If you are I can't imagine what else could be wrong, unless you are short of space on your hard drive?

No - I wasn't running Express in Admin Mode - I guess that's why Express launched the "Elevated installer" ?

Anyway, I re-ran Express in Admin mode, this time I didn't get the "Elevated Installer" pop-up, and Express completed, Installing the Map, BaseCamp, MapInstall and WebUpdater
