Garmin Express 4.3 doesn't install on Windows 8.1

Garmin Express 4.3doesn't install on Windows 8.1. (I've the .NETFramework 3.5 OK and activated.)

Latest version is 4.4.0 ... does that install on your system?

Note too you need .NET 4.5 ...

I've the latest version of GE and .NET 4.6 installed.

I've the latest version of GE and .NET 4.6 installed. The installation of GE run at the half, icon and link appears on the screen .. and all stop! The compatibility mode doesn't change anything.
