nuvi 2567LMT with Life Time Map Update - Points me to purchase the updated map

Dear all,
I bought a nuvi 2567LMT with Life Time Map Update but after the version "Full Coverage of Europe 2017.10" Garmin Express tells me "Map Update Available" however instead of the update button, it shows "See Pricing"

How can I get the latest map?

Looks like either a bug in Express or an issue with your account. You'll need to wait for someone from the Garmin Express team to pop in here, which they do frequently, or call Product Support.

Thank you for quick reply. Unfortunately, Garmin Support does not contain my country (Turkey) on the support page - therefore no product support to call. I can only rely on this forum.
