Garmin Express never completed purchase, but still got charged

Hello,

I need some help! I updated by software today and made sure everything was up to date and connected correctly. My garmin map was out of date so I purchased an updated map, for just the one time update not life time. The garmin express never finished completing the purchase, it just kept circling this will take a minute. I received a receipt and the purchase has been charged to my account but the express does not recognize that my purchase was complete therefore I can not use the updated map. Even if I try to update the map it still tells me my maps are out of date so I am assuming the new map I purchased is just not in the system for the express to recognize. Is there any way to fix this? Can I get my money back? I leave for a road trip across country in a few days which was why I was trying to update things.
